We’re passionate about creating digital experiences that work
We’re here to support small charities, community initiatives and ethical businesses to build better digital experiences – making them more efficient, effective and enjoyable for both the people who use your services and the internal teams that help run them.
A good digital experience isn’t just about a website or posting on social media. It’s about how your strategy, systems, processes, data and user journeys all work together to increase your impact.
Our approach is simple, strategic and practical. We specialise in looking at the whole picture – joining the dots across your digital ecosystem and making sure everything works smoothly and efficiently together.
From there, we focus on thoughtful, continuous improvement. Sometimes that means redefining your objectives and KPIs. Sometimes it’s making better use of your CRM and strengthening how your systems support your operations. Sometimes it’s gaining a clearer understanding of what your audience needs and optimising content and user journeys. We help you build systems where data can be used confidently, insights shared and impact is measurable.
We see ourselves as your digital consulting partner, working alongside you to think strategically, prioritise clearly and make confident decisions about what to improve next. Whether that’s through a focused audit, project-based support or ongoing monthly input, we’re flexible and can adapt to what you need.

Jennifer Orr
I’ve spent the past 20 years working in-house in website management and digital marketing for charities and ethical organisations. I understand how digital teams operate – the opportunities, the constraints, and the reality of trying to improve things when time and budgets are limited. Everwise grew from that understanding, with the aim to provide the kind of support I would have wanted when working in-house myself.
I’m also a certified Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst and AI Associate, specialising in connecting strategy, systems and data to help organisations make confident decisions about what to improve next.
